Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a JD and active bar admission.
• Experience advising on privacy and regulatory matters for consumer products.
• Strong drafting skills for terms of service and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business partner to Khan Kids product, engineering, and international programs teams.
• Provide product counseling throughout development from ideation to launch with privacy-by-design focus.
• Advise on privacy compliance under COPPA, GDPR, and regional data protection laws.
• Draft and update terms of service, privacy policies, and parental consent flows.
