Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• US bar admission and active status in good standing.
• 10 years of legal experience post-J.D., with transactional focus.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate IT-related contracts, including SaaS, on-premise, services, staff augmentation, and hardware.
• Advise PG&E's Supply Chain on procurement, vendor performance, and key commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with external partners and suppliers; draft templates and position documents.
• Provide practical legal advice on supply chain matters, risk management, and compliance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and support contract management with complex disputes.
