Aufgaben
- Review, draft, and negotiate IT-related contracts, including SaaS, on-premise software, and managed services.
- Provide counsel to Supply Chain and other business units on technology procurement and vendor agreements.
- Lead negotiations with external partners and suppliers and develop negotiation templates.
- Advise on risk, compliance, and contract administration for complex commercial transactions.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on legal issues and disputes.
