You will manage cases from strategy to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, with the autonomy to handle matters independently while benefiting from mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school and active California license.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
• Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision; strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme for defense matters.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials.
• Maintain proactive client and carrier communications and deliver clear feedback to junior attorneys.
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys and collaborate with the local team.
