Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience with meaningful time spent on securities class actions or related complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage securities class actions including pleadings, discovery, motions, expert work, and settlements.
• Lead the defense of shareholder derivative litigation, including pre-suit demand letters.
• Partner cross-functionally with corporate and commercial legal teams on filings.
• Manage outside litigation counsel from inception to resolution, including discovery and settlements.
• Advise senior leadership and the board on litigation risk and governance implications.
• Coordinate with D&O insurers and brokers to manage the claims process.
