Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 5+ years of legal experience in healthcare regulatory, compliance, telemedicine, or related fields.
• Experience advising medical groups, physicians, prescribers, or healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal resource for medical groups, physicians, nurse practitioners, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Advise on federal and state healthcare and telemedicine laws to leadership and business teams.
• Monitor state telehealth, prescribing, licensing, CPOM, and regulatory requirements; interpret guidance for business.
