Job summary

Ability to advise on anti-kickback statutes and False Claims Act.
Strategic legal counsel to senior management on pricing and access.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead counsel on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues for federal programs and price reporting.
Counsel Pricing and Market Access on anti-kickback and competition law matters.
Provide strategic legal advice on product pricing and access with senior leadership.
Advise on best price, WAC, AMP, ASP, and price reporting at federal and state levels.
Prepare, review, and negotiate government, payor, and trade agreements.
Mentor junior staff and manage department personnel.
Monitor evolving legal and business issues affecting client in national market.
