Vertex Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Legal Senior Counsel, Market Access. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and counseling to the business on a broad array of strategic and tactical projects within a highly regulated environment. This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and supports business partners across departments such as Market Access (including Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution, and Government Pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline.Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business partners on Commercial initiatives to advance company strategy while addressing legal risks.
• Provide legal counsel on statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, 340B program, and the Veterans Health Care Act.
• Advise on government pricing, price reporting compliance, and federal/state legislation impacting pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement.
