Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join the legal team in a hybrid U.S. role. The attorney will advise on complex federal contracting, support negotiations, and partner with business, engineering, and program teams.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role emphasizes practical risk guidance, national-security considerations, and building scalable contract templates and training for improved program delivery.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership required; 8+ years of federal government contracting experience.
• Experience advising technology, defense, aerospace, or research orgs is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and counseling on complex government contracts and subcontracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the negotiation, interpretation, and management of government agreements across OTAs, FAR/DFARS, and related instruments.
• Advise on FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and government-contracting requirements throughout opportunity, award, and performance.
• Identify and manage risks in IP, data rights, flow-down, export controls, and pricing; coordinate internally.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training to enable rapid, compliant business execution.
