Qualifications

• 3–5 years of significant federal securities laws and corporate governance experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to work with management on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary securities reporting and compliance duties for a public company under SEC regulations.
• Support governance activities, including board materials and annual stockholder meetings.
• Collaborate on investor relations, disclosures, and press release review.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions due diligence, documentation, and closings.
