Qualifications

• J.D. with active U.S. state bar membership.
• Significant experience advising on Securities Act and Exchange Act matters.
• Experience in fixed income markets and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Advise Fixed Income teams on securities law matters under the 1933 and 1934 Acts.
• Review and negotiate offering and transaction documents; monitor regulatory developments.
• Provide guidance on MNPI handling, information barriers, and cross-border issues.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and outside counsel as needed.
