The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA seeks an experienced securities lawyer to advise its Global Fixed Income team across U.S., UK, and European markets. You will support trading, research, and portfolio management on a broad range of fixed income instruments, with collaboration across Compliance, Risk, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in securities law, JD with bar admission, and strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex transactions and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Attorney with 5+ years in securities law at a top firm or in-house
• Experience advising investment advisers, asset managers, banks or brokers is preferred
• Experience with cross-border securities and fixed income markets is valued

Responsabilités

• Advise Fixed Income trading, research, and portfolio management on securities law matters
• Review and negotiate offering documents, indentures, and related agreements
• Advise on MNPI, information barriers, and wall-crossings for private-side activity
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting fixed income funds and markets
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other Legal teams and manage outside counsel
