Job summary

Everise is seeking a Director, Legal (Senior Counsel) to provide robust legal support for its U.S. and global operations, with a focus on employment and labor law, wage and hour compliance, and risk management.

The role includes handling workplace investigations, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and commercial contracts, managing litigation with outside counsel, and advising on regulatory issues across multi-state and international contexts.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years of progressive employment and labor law experience.
• Prior in-house experience and multi-state/global operations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for U.S. and global operations.
• Advise on workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, drafting employment agreements.
• Manage litigation with outside counsel and negotiate MSAs/NDAs.
