Qualifications

• Active CA bar license is required.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience in general liability and insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to manage full case responsibilities including discovery and trial.
• Strong experience handling insurance defense cases, general liability and coverage issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and counter strategies.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and manage litigation teams.
• Maintain routine communications with clients and cultivate relationships.
