Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school and active California license.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a case theme that is compelling and strategic.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues to move cases forward.
• Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and the firm’s future business.
