Tyson & Mendes is seeking senior attorneys with a defense mindset and proven leadership to manage high-exposure litigation nationwide. Active Texas bar license is required, and candidates should be ready to lead teams, mentor junior attorneys, and deliver disciplined strategy across complex cases.

You will work in a flexible environment with remote, hybrid, or onsite options, contributing to a culture of excellence and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved law school required.
• Must be licensed in your state.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial prep.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities and deadlines.
• Experience with time management systems and MS Office (Word/Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a case theme that is compelling and distinctive.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with a team across levels of experience.
• Maintain routine client communications and cultivate client relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
