NinjaHoldings seeks an Associate General Counsel to lead legal strategy for consumer financial products, regulatory affairs, litigation, and enterprise risk. This senior role advises executive leadership and partners across product, technology, compliance, and finance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in‑house experience with online consumer lending or fintech, strong knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• 10+ years of legal experience with at least 5 years in‑house, preferably in online consumer lending/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial services laws and regulations (federal/state).
• Experience with regulatory examinations, investigations, enforcement, or closely related matters.
• Experience with consumer financial services litigation, arbitration, or enforcement is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and communicate legal concepts clearly to executives and non‑lawyers.

• Serve as senior legal advisor to executive leadership on complex regulatory, product, litigation and strategy matters.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal guidance for development, launch, operation and evolution of consumer financial products.
