Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to branch network and centralized operations.
• Prepare correspondence with regulators, customers, and opposing counsel.
• Manage defensive litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters; oversee strategy and case management.
• Monitor state and federal consumer lending laws and relevant case law developments.
