Job summary

Qualifications

• Admission to a U.S. state bar and license to practice in Texas.
• Legal experience in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate legal advice to business partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments in automotive financing, insurance, and products.
• Review policies, forms, and agreements for compliance with federal/state law.
• Lead cross-functional teams in governance and risk matters.
• Provide input on new products and private label initiatives to ensure compliance.
