Job summary

You will provide executive legal counsel to project teams on transactional and operational matters and collaborate with field personnel to manage risk. The role requires leading contract negotiations, guiding compliance, mentoring junior lawyers, and reporting on contract status and risk to General Counsel.

Qualifications

• JD ABA Accredited Juris Doctor degree.
• Experience in construction/engineering contract law preferred.
• Proven contract negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts for engineering and professional services.
• Provide legal advice on design-build, EPC and related agreements.
• Manage outside counsel for litigation or specialty matters.
• Counsel executives on contractual obligations and risk analysis.
• Lead internal training and mentor legal team members.
