Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience, preferably in-house counsel in oil & gas.
• Extensive experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• ABA-accredited law school/J.D. required.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for upstream oil & gas.
• Contract management of MSAs, client agreements, and subcontracts.
• Support Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Assist with investigations, budget prep, and governance matters.
• Manage real estate leases and oversee corporate records and entity management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and provide guidance.
