Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance on DTC product and technology initiatives.
• Counsel product, technology, business operations, and customer service teams on Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN matters.
• Advise on product launches, feature development, and partner integrations by identifying legal issues early and proposing paths forward.
• Independently advise on high-risk or high-impact issues, escalating to senior counsel as needed.
• Support litigation risk assessment, regulatory inquiries, and incident response.
