Job Summary: The Senior Commercial Counsel provides legal advice and support to GE Aerospace's business leaders, focusing on DT/IT procurement. This role can be remote within the US and involves working with a dynamic Legal and Compliance team to draft, negotiate, and strategize on various agreements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on digital technology agreements, including structuring, interpreting, and negotiating complex deals.
• Support procurement activities related to software, hardware, and telecom agreements, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and intellectual property considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the State Bar.
• At least 7 years of legal experience, primarily focused on technology procurement.
• Proficiency in negotiating technology agreements, data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and intellectual property issues.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $187,500 - $265,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, tuition assistance, and more.
