Job summary

Circle is seeking a senior transactional attorney to support its global capital markets and Arc network. You will structure, negotiate, and draft complex crypto, fintech, and financial services agreements, including exchange listings, market maker arrangements, and collateral transactions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in capital markets or crypto law, a JD and active US Bar, and experience with cross-border deals, regulatory considerations, and coordinating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in capital markets, crypto, or financial services.
• 3+ years at a top-tier law firm.
• Active J.D. and membership in at least one U.S. State Bar.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex crypto, fintech, and capital markets agreements.
• Familiarity with TradFi concepts and how they intersect with digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal partner to Circle's capital markets team on global deals and partnerships.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft crypto, fintech and capital markets agreements including exchange listings and collateral transactions.
• Support Arc's capital markets GTM with external counterparties and institutional partners.
• Develop templates and playbooks to standardize deals and accelerate contracting workflows.
