The position includes a competitive salary range of $230,000 - $297,500 and emphasizes a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in capital markets, crypto, or financial services.
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Ability to manage a variety of initiatives requiring legal analysis.

Responsabilités

• Structure, negotiate, and draft complex agreements for capital markets.
• Serve as a legal partner to the capital markets business development team.
• Support Arc’s capital markets agreements for lending and borrowing.
