Job summary

Qualifications

• An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions.
• At least 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities and knowledge of federal or state law.

Responsibilities

• Handles numerous commercial, corporate, and procurement matters in support of all business units under minimal supervision.
• Provides lead direction to less experienced attorneys and support staff; coordinates with OpCo lawyers on corporate matters and service agreements.
