Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior lawyer to handle complex transactional matters and projects for the Company. You will evaluate legal and business risks, advise clients, draft and negotiate agreements, and coordinate with the litigation team on performance issues.

You will lead direction for junior attorneys and support staff. The role requires an LLB/JD and 7–10 years of relevant experience, with strong research, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• LLB or JD from an accredited law school and license to practice.
• 7–10 years in a specialized area of law with strong research skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly; work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle numerous commercial, corporate, and procurement matters for all business units.
• Provide general legal advice, contract review, and negotiate agreements.
• Lead and train junior attorneys and coordinate with outside counsel.
