Exelon Corporation is seeking a senior attorney to handle complex commercial, corporate, and procurement matters across business units in an on-site Baltimore setting. You will evaluate legal and business risks, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide training and guidance to junior staff while coordinating with outside counsel.

The role requires clear communication and strong knowledge of federal and state law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 7–10 years of professional legal experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Ability to manage complex matters, conduct legal research, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle numerous commercial, corporate, and procurement matters for multiple business units.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts; counsel clients and coordinate with litigators as needed.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to junior attorneys and staff; leverage AI tools for research and drafting.
