AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Managing Counsel – Contracts in Northville, Michigan. This in-house attorney will lead the company-wide contract program, oversee review and lifecycle management, and coordinate with vendors and law firms to safeguard the company's legal interests.

The role reports to the General Counsel and requires a hybrid schedule (three on-site days weekly in Northville, MI). Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of verifiable in-house contract experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development abilities.
• Expertise in contract review, negotiations, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and oral communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Legal review and markup of commercial and transactional documents.
• Draft and finalize commercial and transactional contracts.
• Lead contract lifecycle management and standardization efforts.
• Coordinate with external counsel, vendors and internal stakeholders.
