• Serve as senior legal advisor on governance, compliance, and employment matters.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and coordinate with executives.
• Provide practical legal guidance to support strategic business objectives.
• Develop and enforce policies, templates, and training for consistent practices.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, finance, and project teams.
