Oculus Legal Search is representing an established, full-service Seattle law firm seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel to join its litigation practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned commercial litigator interested in managing sophisticated matters, maintaining direct client relationships, and potentially pursuing a partnership track.

Practice Focus

The position encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including:

• Business disputes and complex commercial contracts
• Real estate and construction litigation
• Design professional liability
• Complex litigation in state and federal courts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Active Washington State Bar membership
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex litigation from inception through trial
• Strong litigation strategy, advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and client relationships
• Experience supervising legal teams and supporting business development initiatives
• JD from an accredited law school

Base Salary: $185,000 – $340,000+ annually

The firm offers flexibility in structuring compensation for accomplished senior attorneys, including potential performance incentives, bonuses, and partnership-track considerations.

Compensation arrangements may be tailored based on experience, qualifications, portable business, and long-term professional objectives.
