Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of legal experience in law firms or professional services.
• Licensed to practice in Texas; other jurisdictions a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead or senior counsel on complex commercial litigation and investigations.
• Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, and consultants to advance objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends affecting clients and the firm.
• Manage case strategy, consultants, trial prep, and settlements.
