Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. degree --AND--
• Active membership of the bar in good standing in any state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

Responsabilités

• Representing federal agencies or clients in litigation.
• Providing legal advice (written and oral) on legal issues.
• Drafting legal memoranda, legal documents, and reports pertaining to litigation.
