Qualifications
- Collaborates with Law Division and business partners to deliver practical guidance.
- Holds a J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
- Brings experience in banking, fintech, and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel regarding core federal banking laws, regulations, and corporate activities.
- Assist with regulatory approvals, filings, and strategic transactions.
- Draft memos, analyses, and governance documents.
- Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Support enterprise regulatory change management and regulatory advocacy.
