Job summary

Tyson & Mendes is seeking an experienced litigator to join our Nevada team. You will independently manage sophisticated civil defense matters from strategy through resolution or trial, with direct client and carrier communication and leadership responsibilities.

Led by Griffith Hayes, this role offers autonomy within a highly flexible environment. Travel is expected for trials and hearings, but many appearances can be handled virtually, and a remote/hybrid onsite model is available.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school and bar licensure
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience
• Ability to manage full case handling including discovery and trial
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and independent work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials
