Tressler LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel with 10+ years in insurance coverage and a valid California bar license to join our national practice. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement from anywhere in the United States.

The attorney will manage complex coverage matters, develop litigation strategies, and advise clients on business, professional liability, and employment disputes, while contributing to firm growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.

Tressler LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel attorney with 10+ years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our insurance coverage practice. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys who have an active California bar license and insurance coverage experience to work from any state in the U.S. either fully remote or hybrid.

Role Description

Our dynamic Insurance Services Practice Group is known for its comprehensive approach to complex insurance claims analysis and for representing insurance company clients in high-stakes coverage litigation cases across the country, including matters involving defective products, mass torts, environmental contamination, habitability, transportation, personal injury, professional liability, and intellectual property.

Essential job duties include:

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases

from intake through settlement or trial.

• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
