Guggenheim Investments seeks an experienced attorney based in New York to support its asset-backed and structured credit investments. You will work on securitizations, credit facilities, and other structured finance transactions within a senior, cross-functional team.

The role involves structuring, negotiation, and execution across deal lifecycles, with exposure to private credit, structured products, and capital markets in a fast-paced environment. Office-based in NYC, full-time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of securitization law experience at a law firm or financial institution.
• J.D. and NY bar in good standing.
• Deep knowledge of asset-based finance (ABF) and structured credit investing.
• Strong transactional judgment to manage complex deal lifecycles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, commercial environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to analyze complex investment structures.

Responsabilités

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting asset-backed transactions.
• Oversee legal diligence for debt financings, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
• Provide counseling on monitoring existing investments, credit facilities, and structured products.
• Advise on documentation, monitoring, and restructurings of investments and vehicles.
• Support hard asset/infrastructure investments including title, survey, and environmental review.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage outside counsel.
