Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Counsel for Aerospace and North America to provide pragmatic legal advice across government contracting and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with commercial, engineering, operations, and procurement teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

The role requires extensive aerospace/defense experience, U.S. government contracting knowledge, and JD with active bar admission.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in aerospace/defense aviation,
• Experience with U.S. government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Experience advising on complex contracts and regulatory matters
• In-house or law firm experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, manufacturing or tech

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal advisor for Aerospace and North America.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on federal government contracting and aerospace regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS, CAS).
• Partner with business leaders on high-value transactions and risk management.
• Drive improved legal processes and cross-functional collaboration.
