Job summary

Pall Corporation seeks a Senior Counsel for Aerospace and North America to serve as the primary legal advisor for Pall’s global Aerospace business, focusing on government contracting, regulatory compliance, and defense-related commercial matters. On-site in Washington, DC or New Port Richey, FL.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, counsel on FAR/DFARS, lead cross-functional risk management, and help improve legal processes to support strategic growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in aerospace/defense or government contracting
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar in at least one US state
• Experience advising across North America operations and cross-functional business matters

Responsibilities

• Lead legal advisor for the Aerospace business and North America functions, providing counsel on complex legal, transactional, and risk-management matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including sales, supply, services, technology, manufacturing, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Advise on federal government contracting and aerospace regulatory compliance, including FAR, DFARS, CAS, customer contracts, supply chain, and product development matters.
• Partner with business leaders on high-value transactions, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and strategic legal risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, training, and tools to enhance service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
