A leading multinational engineering and construction firm, our client operates in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry, delivering complex, capital‑intensive projects across infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. The organization works in highly sophisticated environments, managing multibillion‑dollar projects with significant technical, contractual, and financial complexity.

The Role

This is a senior, business‑facing position for an attorney who can independently structure, negotiate, and execute a broad range of sophisticated, high‑value EPC and complex commercial agreements across global operations. The portfolio is expected to be primarily customer‑facing, alongside vendor and procurement‑related matters. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and provides a clear path to advancement based on performance.

The Ideal Candidate
