Job summary

AttainX, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Management Analyst to provide senior program analysis, policy research, and decision support for CISA’s SED-governed councils and advisory bodies.

This role supports stakeholder engagements and critical infrastructure initiatives within DHS and related entities. The successful candidate will coordinate complex projects for senior government leaders, develop executive briefings, and maintain documentation in compliance with federal requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related business management, program analysis, policy research, or stakeholder engagement experience with senior Government leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop executive briefings, research papers, process maps, schedules, and dashboards.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and reviewing analytical products for quality and timeliness.
• Knowledge of FACA, DHS directives, and federal records requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex council and advisory analyses for senior leaders.
• Research critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy and threats; prepare briefings.
• Maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, and trackers.
• Plan agendas, pre-reads, briefing packages, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze engagement to identify process improvements and gaps.
• Maintain project schedules, risk registers, and auditable records.
