Job summary

Deckers Brands in Portland, OR is seeking a Sr Manager, Costing for Apparel & Accessories to lead brand-specific costing efforts, drive margin improvements, and mentor a skilled team in a hybrid work setting.

You will partner with Product, Design, Sourcing and Planning to meet seasonal targets, develop long-term costing strategies, and streamline processes to support growth and innovation across the HOKA line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Finance/Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of strategic apparel/accessories costing experience.
• 3+ years of management experience including hiring, training and onboarding team members

Responsibilities

• Lead costing reviews with product teams at key seasonal milestones.
• Identify margin-improving solutions for styles.
• Collaborate with Product & Design to hit seasonal targets.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Planning, and Asia Costing on shared strategies.
• Mitigate inflation across logistics, materials, and production costs.
• Forecast risks and present actionable solutions to business partners.
• Coach and develop Costing Managers and junior staff.
• Streamline costing cycle with process improvements and develop analytical tools to standardize processes.
• Enhance systems to improve costing performance and meet business needs
