Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for contract-defined work.
• Develop integrated EPC schedules or cost control programs.
• Recommend recovery plans for schedule or cost impacts or delays.
• Lead Scheduler to analyze schedules, review delays, and present recovery options to client.
• Lead Cost Specialist to maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate mitigation plans.
