Job summary

Signalink, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support Army programs at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

The role entails developing and defending cost estimates for acquisition decisions, planning and conducting independent cost analyses, and creating lifecycle cost estimates using ACE-IT. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and an active Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or Operations Research required/desired.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and ACE-IT cost modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, defend and document lifecycle cost estimates for assigned programs.
• Perform independent cost analyses to support acquisition decisions.
• Create and maintain cost estimates, methods, and forecasting models.
• Communicate status and forecasts to program leadership via briefings and charts.
• Analyze Earned Value Management reports and provide recommendations to the Product Manager.
