Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in New York City. In this pivotal role, you will lead cost management services throughout the construction project lifecycle. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and 5–10 years of experience in construction cost estimating. You'll work closely with clients and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget, while mentoring junior members of the team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction cost estimating across a variety of building types.
• Strong experience across all design phases from conceptual to construction documents.
• Familiarity with CSI formats and estimating for architectural, structural, and civil components.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and quantity surveying services from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Develop and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
• Monitor project financial performance including change orders and cash flow.
