Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall RLB is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to deliver cost management across a diverse portfolio of data center projects, based in Northern Indiana. You will lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, while guiding procurement, risk management, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in construction cost estimating, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and relevant professional accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10 years in construction cost estimating across multiple building types.
• Professional accreditation (AACE/RICS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for data center projects.
• Oversee design estimates and overall project budget development.
• Own cost lifecycle from feasibility to final account and change management.
• Mentor junior team members and support client relationships.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contract approaches.
