Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a seasoned Cost Manager to oversee estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across complex construction programs.

You will partner with project teams to provide financial oversight, cost analysis, and strategic guidance to keep projects on budget and aligned with client objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction cost management, cost engineering, estimating, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing cost control efforts on large-scale construction programs and capital projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing cost engineering or project controls teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project cost management, including estimating, budgeting, cost control, cash flow analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and forecasting models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify cost risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
• Review and validate cost engineering deliverables prior to quality control and client submission.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost management processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
