Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will support cost management processes, develop project budgets, and prepare cost reports for corporate real estate and technology initiatives.

Lead procurement activities, manage cash flows, and present cost information to stakeholders. Requires 6+ years in cost management, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Ariba, PM Web or e-Builder; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering or a related field.
• Member of RICS or AACE preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in cost management.
• Must understand Administration of Construction Contracts and IT tools (Windows, Intranet, Office, Project).
• Advanced Excel; experience with Ariba, PM Web, or e-Builder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost management processes.
• Develops and monitors project budgets to inform capital investment plans.
• Develops, reviews, issues and presents cost management reports.
• Generates cash flow projections and accompanies cost reports for the client’s finance team.
• Provides procurement services and bid analysis; leads cost meetings with stakeholders.
• Reviews contractor close-out and ensures compliance with requirements.
