Job summary

Capstone Recruitment UK, partnering with a leading international construction consultancy, seeks a Senior Cost Manager for a landmark data center development in Portsmouth, Ohio. You will lead commercial activity, manage significant packages and drive cost control on a high-profile project.

You will oversee cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and change management, while mentoring junior professionals and safeguarding client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Background in construction consultancy, general contracting or major capital projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage large project packages.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, procurement and contract administration.
• Experience in data centers, mission critical, industrial or other technically complex projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Senior Cost Manager – Data Centers

Location: Portsmouth, Ohio
Salary:$130,000-155,000 + Bonus + Per Diem + Relocation Support

We are partnering with a leading international construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experiencedSenior Cost Managerfor one of the largest data center developments undertaken to date.

Based in Portsmouth, Ohio, this is an opportunity to take a leading commercial role on a major data center campus, working closely with a high-profile client and an established project delivery team.

With continued investment in the US data center market, our client is expanding its Cost Management team and offers excellent opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role
