Capstone Recruitment UK is seeking an Assistant Cost Manager – Data Centers in Portsmouth, Ohio to support the delivery of a major data center development. The role involves commercial management, cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and collaboration with the project team.

Formación

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related commercial role.
• Background in consultancy, general contracting or major construction projects.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Data center experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to be based in Portsmouth, Ohio.

We are working with a leading international construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an Assistant Cost Manager to support the delivery of one of the largest data center developments undertaken to date.

Based in Portsmouth, Ohio, this is an opportunity to gain experience on a major, long-term data center programme, working alongside an established team of Cost Management professionals.
